About James Milton

I am an Australian writer of predominantly fantasy and science fiction—albeit at the utmost start of that very long road—whose short fiction has appeared in the Australian SF magazine Aurealis, the Doctor Who anthology Short Trips: Transmissions, and the anthology Faction Paradox: A Romance In Twelve Parts. While I started writing many years ago, I unaccountably stopped for what now strikes me as far, far too long. So here I am, more or less starting from scratch. Though I was born and grew up in Brisbane, I now live in tropical North Queensland. I completed a BA (sociology/criminology) through James Cook University in 2017, and am now working towards honours in sociology.
